What is the content? correction and camouflage for skin imperfections (dark circles, blemishes and pimples), contour and lighting, makeup for eyes following the morphology of each individual, eyeliner, false eyelashes and symmetry for eye makeup – all with unique techniques taught by Make Up for Ever Academy.

Master Programs – They last for more than 200 hours and are available in three categories:

Beauty & Fashion – It covers all aspects of fashion, beauty, knowledge of products, hygiene, skin analysis, face shapes, skin color, eyebrow design, color correction, contour and highlighting. Eyeliner techniques, false eyelashes and lips. Makeup for brides, fashion shows and editorials.

TV & Film – key elements for special effects: asic prosthetics, creation of simulated injuries and aging makeup, facial hair, bald cap and airbrush application.

Stage & Artistic – Focuses on character development for theater, opera, musicals and other stage shows. Specific transformation techniques are taught, including old age, personality changes, period characters through face painting, body painting, design, carnival makeup for children, etc. By learning how to use oil and water based body paint, students will be armed with the technical knowledge to understand how products perform under varying conditions to produce the desired results.

Intensive Programas – last for up to 30 hours and, besides the Beauty & Fashion program (which is being offered in Portuguese), there are two other courses:

Portfolio Development – this program is taught for artists who want to build strong images to develop their careers. The participant will be coached on how to create various makeup designs including preparation with face-chart drawings, practice on models, and “on-set” experience, producing 6 photos each. The focus will be on natural beauty, glamour looks, and high fashion/avant-garde designs. Attendants will receive high resolution images, ready for print and web, upon course completion.

Airbrush Course – This program will be taken through the fundamentals of getting familiar with the equipment, learning how to do a great face of clean flawless foundation, blush, contour, highlighting, using the knowledge of color correction and color theory. It will take the student through implementing the techniques of airbrush beauty in bridal, red carpet, and editorial makeup. We will cover: contouring, and highlighting, tattoo coverage, body beautification, and various different looks that can be achieved and enhanced with airbrush.
