If you’ve been following me for a long time, you know that in December 2016, my husband and I launched NYC Beauty – a beauty shopping app in New York. You can check all the details about the app on this post. Later in late May, we released the Android version – which was long awaited by many of you! During this time, we had some special discounts at stores for those who used the app and we grew our downloads. But we never promoted any event to celebrate our project. And I think I was missing that, you know? To celebrate what we have gained up here and to make noise about our idea. So, last Thursday, we met some friends, influencers , nd partners at an event at the Natura Brasil store, here in New York. Yes: Natura is a Brazilian brand with a store here in the Big Apple – and it’s too beautiful! Below you can see some clicks of the event as well as some information about the partners!
Natura Brasil store is in Soho – 240 Elizabeth St – and this brand is huge in Brazil. There are products for body care – and the highlight is the ingredients from the Amazonia. Body butter, hand creams, and soaps are some of the items you will find at the store. In addition, there is a selection of hair products.
The guests were able to delight themselves with the snacks from Petisco Brazuca! The company belongs to the Brazilians Ricardo and Vanessa, who are making the biggest success here in New York with delivery of coxinhas – a Brazilian treat that you should try! The themed and wonderful cake was fromSweet Corner! Yes – it’s a real cake! Did you see the skyline with beauty products? I talked about Sweet Corner here on the blog already – and you can check the details here. In addition to the wonderful themed cakes, the place has delicious cookies!
Martha Sachser took the photos of the event. She does photoshoots here in New York and I highly recommend her work to have memories of your trip, your event or whatever the occasion. All the guests left the event with a goodie bag, a gift from Club Clio – Korean cosmetics store here in New York. I’ve done some videos about the store and you can check everything here. The bag had face masks, peeling gel, sleeping mask – all to make a true home spa!
